region are inviting you for the 6th edition of the Festival of wine and gastronomy, to celebrate wine and meals of territories. The opportunity to gather the experts and the novices for a festive moment where everybody can have a good time with numerous and different activities.

Festivini is the opportunity to taste the wealth of the Loire wines. For this, 60 wine growers are expecting you to make you discover or discover again appellations that make the Loire region proud of itself with the Saumur Puy Notre Dame, a fruited, soft and powerful red wine at the same time, the Saumur Rouge, will seduce you with purple dress and her taste evocating red fruits. As for the Coteau de Saumur wine, with his notes of peach, rhubarb, apricot melting with white flowers, it will be the ideal apéritif and also the famous Cabernet de Saumur, white dry with some fruits notes reveal a softness. Off course other appellations will be proposed in order that you taste the 7 appellations of Saumur wines.
All these events, tasting will be followed by gastronomic events which are part of wine tourism activities of the territory. The best chefs of the region will be delighted to cook for you…

Among the numerous other activities, of this diversificated program, proposed all day long, the day Discover of the vineyard and its jobs for children and adults and also a carriage ride will offer you a pleasant and happy moment. Festivini is also walk in the vineyard, a debate for wine and society, parties, vineyard visits and Winery visits where the Wineries will be delighted to be with you in this initiation of wine by presenting you appellations and by telling you the History of the different territories which form the gorgeous vallée de la Loire.
