A sur-mesure cocktail, with a recipe tailored to your personality. A cocktail in your image, to be reproduced without hesitation.

The gourmet break par excellence: a selection of pastries and savoury dishes, designed and imagined by our local chef to match our cognacs in different ways. More than a traditional afternoon tea, a rare moment where tradition and modernity are savored in a cup… and a glass.

100% cru - Culinary workshop

In this culinary workshop, we’ll guide you through the preparation of four raw bites: from fish to meat, vegetable and fruit, you’ll work with different types of ingredients and then pair your delicious creations with our cognacs from our Grande Champagne estate , Bonneuil.

What’s included: welcome tea, tour of the historic cellars, tasting of 6 cognacs, preparation and tasting of four bite-sized dishes.
